We are encouraged by the “opening up” of this pandemic and are happy to announce some changes at Airpark. Effective Monday, June 15th, we will be allowing one person in the building for appointments. We will still have the doors locked. We would ask you call or text us you are here and a technician will meet you at the door and escort you directly into an exam room. After your appointment, your transactions will be processed in the exam room as well and you will then be escorted out to the door. We will not have any clients sitting in the reception room. We will have hand sanitizer available throughout the hospital. For any clients picking up medications, food, or supplies, we would also ask that you call when you arrive, we will process your transactions, and meet you at the door with your items.
ALL CLIENTS MUST HAVE A MASK ON TO COME INTO THE BUILDING!
We will do the same thing for boarding. Call when you arrive and we will allow one person in as we admit your pet. We are not taking any beds, blankets, toys or bowls and only accepting certain types of prescription foods. Any medications must be in their original containers to be accepted. The same will apply for discharges. You will call when you arrive and we will allow one person in to discharge your pet.
