We wanted to let you know that to better serve you and your pet with the best products, as of February 1, 2016, we will be reducing our in house inventory of all our brands of prescription pet foods. We will continue to carry only the small bags of dry food and a reduced amount of canned food. This will include Hills, Royal Canin, and Purina brands.
Going forward, you may either request a written prescription or we would recommend utilizing our on-line Proxy. This website will verify your prescription and deliver it to your front door! No more having to special order or drive in to pick it up. You may also use their “auto ship” feature, in which you may judge how often you need food and enter the auto ship tab and they will send you the food automatically. Takes the worry and stress out of ordering.
A technician will then authorize your account and YOU’RE ALL SET!
You can request prescriptions and prescription foods that you and your Dr. discussed and have it shipped to your home. Normal shipping charges do apply on some orders. In the event you do not have a computer or need assistance, please let us know and we will set up your account for you.
