Exciting news from us to you! Airpark Animal Hospital can now send you a text message to update you on the status of your pet while they are in the hospital. This will be utilized to inform you of your pet’s status during the recovery phase of a surgical procedure or to communicate when they will be ready to go home. When your pet is admitted to the hospital, we will ask you your preferred method of contact-be that phone call or text message.
Please note though, you will not be able to reply to the text so you would need to call to directly speak with the doctors and technicians on your pet’s case. The doctor may indicate they would like you to call at your earliest convenience or tell you that all is well and call to schedule to a discharge time.
